As an Strategic Hiring & HR Partnership, you will assist in sourcing HR partners and candidates for various roles at Network Test Experts. This internship is ideal for MBA and Master’s students interested in recruitment strategies, vendor management, and HR operations within a growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential external HR partners, such as recruitment agencies and staffing firms
- Help in screening and interviewing candidates.
- Assist in creating talent pipelines and maintaining relationships with HR partners.
- Help streamline the recruitment process by ensuring smooth coordination between hiring managers and external partners.
- Assist in planning talent sourcing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Current MBA or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good research, organization, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in recruitment and HR partnerships.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
